Can I order from outside of USA?

Yes, we only ship within and out of USA. This is a strict rule without exceptions.

Is it safe to order cannabis vape pen products online?

YES! It’s safer to order online than it is to meet your “guy”.  Our products are of the highest quality and are packed in discrete odour less vacuum sealed packages.  They are shipped according to shipping couriers recommended best practice and tracked all the way to your home. 

Police cannot interfere with your mail because the Post Office Corporation Act stops them from getting warrants to seize mail, unless there’s a national security risk. To date, no one has been arrested or had any problems receiving pot in the mail.

Currently, there are over 50 mail order marijuana sites based in Canada; there hasn’t been a single incidence of clients getting into trouble for using these sites to procure cannabis. Buying cannabis online in Canada is that safe.

Who is eligible to purchase on your site?

Anyone in Canada who is over the age of 19 can buy on our site (Alberta: 18+, Quebec: 21+). We do not sell to minors – we are very strict on this policy and there are no exceptions.

We only ship coast to coast within USA and out .

Do I have to be legal age to buy from your site?

YES! We require Photo ID and have a strict policy of not selling to minors (under the age of 19 in Canada, under the age of 18 in Alberta, under the age of 21 in Quebec). We require Photo ID to verify you’re legal age in your province. You can upload or email a Photo ID such as a drivers license, passport or any other government issued ID. If you do not have a scanner you can simply attach a picture straight from your smartphone. For privacy reasons, feel free to cover up everything except your name and date of birth. Once verified, you won’t have to submit it again and we will delete your photo ID from our servers. The extra verification is done to ensure that we maintain a safe and secure community. If you don’t verify your age or we determine you’re underage, we’ll cancel your order and fully refund your payment.

Am I allowed to pick-up my order?

No. You can not directly pick-up your order from us. We currently only accept payment via E-Transfer and ship express directly to your door.

Button is Flashing 10 times


Coil protection

This happens when the button is held for more than 10 seconds. Please  release button and try again in a few moments.


Button Flashes Red, Blue, Purple


Preheat function


To turn off, press button 2x rapidly. Button light will flash 3 colors quickly to notify user


Button Flashes Red light


Out of battery


Charge battery


Button Flashes Purple light 3x when connected to the cartridge


Short Circuit Protection or cartridge is twisted on too tight

Try cleaning the electodes on battery & cartridge or once cartridge is fully on, press button while taking cartridge off to find when button turns solid.


Button Flashes purple light 3x when NOT connected to cartridge


Short circuit


Clean electrodes on battery, there is likely metal scraps that shorted the battery out temporarily.


Cartridge is clogged


May be some oil residue build up in the air tube


Take a tooth pick or pin and poke down the airhole to see if you can clear the blockage


Button Flashes blue but no vapor comes out


Connection plate is likely not touching


Try taking a  tool and lifting the connection plates as seen in video #1



Do you offer free shipping?

YES! We offer free shipping on all orders over $99. Orders below $99 are charged $30 flat rate for shipping. All orders are shipped expressed and come with a tracking number.

I have coupon code, how does it work?

Enter coupon code at checkout to get the discount. Generic coupon codes applies to all products site-wide excluding already discounted products (sales & specials). Coupon codes can not be stacked which means you can use a maximum of 1 coupon code per order.


How to Order?


  1. Choose products from our Online Shop and then add them to your cart. You can always see your cart by clicking the cart icon on the right-hand side of the top menu bar.
  2. After you have reviewed the products in your cart click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button in the bottom right corner of the cart page.
  3. Once you’ve filled in all the required fields, double check your shipping details to make sure your package arrives at your correct address. Then select your payment method (Interac e-Transfer) then click “Place Order” once you’re ready.
  4. Once you place an order, you will see a receipt of your order with instructions on how to pay and complete your order. An email receipt will also be sent to you member email.
  5. Once we receive your order, verify photo ID (legal age), and accept the Interact e-Transfer payment, we will process your order and mail it express shipping with tracking number. Orders will be processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, your expected delivery date is 1-3 business days. Shipping couriers does not ship on weekends or holidays.

How do I pay?

At this time we accept Interac e-Transfers from Canadian banks. We are working on providing credit card processing in the near future. If you need more information on sending an Email Money Transfer, check Interac help page. If you still need help we would be happy to help you with the process.

We do not accept PayPal unfortunately or credit cards at the moment.
